Reiki came into my life when I needed it the most. In November 2015, I experienced a traumatizing car accident that left me blind in my left eye. My self-esteem was already low, and this was another devastating blow that I could barely handle. There were moments when I felt like giving up, but my two beautiful children were my reason to keep going and not make any rash decisions. Fast forward to 2020, I met my Reiki teacher, Denise, and she introduced me to a world that transformed my life. This encounter jump-started my self-care journey, helping me find peace and learn to give myself grace and love.
