2. Services Offered
Healing Heartstrings offers holistic wellness services including in-person and virtual Reiki energy healing sessions. Additional services may include workshops, classes, and downloadable content.
3. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to book services or have written parental/guardian consent. By booking, you confirm the information provided is accurate and that you are voluntarily participating in wellness services.
4. Payment, Cancellation & No Refund Policy
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• All sales are final. Healing Heartstrings does not offer refunds for any reason.
• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations will forfeit the session without credit or rescheduling.
• If Healing Heartstrings cancels your session, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Health Disclaimer
Reiki is a complementary energy healing service that supports well-being. It is not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care. Healing Heartstrings does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. Please consult with a healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
6. Intellectual Property
All content including branding, text, graphics, images, and educational materials are the property of Healing Heartstrings and may not be reused or redistributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Healing Heartstrings is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website. All services are provided as-is with no guarantees of specific outcomes.
